Alma Crotz-Jones is a Sales and Administrative Coordinator at Securitas Global Risk Solutions, where she has supported client service and policy administration since 2018. With a strong interest in international development and global affairs, she plays a key role in assisting with trade credit insurance accounts across a range of industries and geographies.

Alma works closely with company founders Peter Seneca and Kirk Elken to support client onboarding, policy coordination, and credit coverage updates. Before joining Securitas, she served as a social development specialist for a South African government department and supported more than 70 mission organizations through her local church in Pennsylvania.

She holds a master’s degree in International Development from Eastern University.

Alma supports clients with trade credit insurance policy servicing, account coordination, and administrative processing. She also assists with political risk insurance programs, EXIM-related coverage support, and collaboration with property and casualty brokers.
