Shekar Narasimhan
Shekar is the Managing Partner at Beekman Advisors which provides strategic advisory services to companies and investors involved in real estate, mortgage finance, affordable housing and related sectors. He also serves as Chairman of Papillon Capital, focused on sustainable infrastructure investing. Prior to Beekman Advisors, he was a Managing Director of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial mortgage financing. Immediately prior to Shekar’s time at Prudential, he was Chairman & CEO of the WMF Group, a publicly traded, commercial mortgage financial services company.
Ajay Tyagi
Ajay is a partner in a boutique law firm, specializing in cross border transactions. He is well versed in the cultural aspects of international business and is a skilled negotiator. Ajay has successfully structured and executed transactions to establish businesses in India, which include joint ventures and/ or corporate takeovers in the infrastructure, beverage, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, information technology and banking sectors of the economy. Besides structuring and executing transactions, Ajay also advises businesses on day-to-day management and administrative challenges of doing business in India.
Jeannie Osborne
Jeannie has more than thirty five years of experience in establishing and managing the operations of businesses. The majority of her career has been in the real estate information and title guaranty industries including thirteen years building the International operations for Stewart Title an industry leading title insurance company based in Houston, Texas. She was President and COO of Stewart Information International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services, better known as Stewart Title, and traded on the NYSE under the symbol STC.
Peter V. Seneca
For thirty years, Peter has worked in the financial sector. Initially he spent seven years in banking, first as a credit analyst with the National Bank of Washington/WMF Group, a publicly traded, commercial bank and mortgage service company. Following this he worked as a commercial lender with First Union National Bank in Tysons Corner, Virginia. In this capacity he analyzed, developed, and delivered financing solutions to corporate borrowers. Peter then moved to Euler Hermes North America, the largest mono-line credit insurer in the world, eventually becoming a Vice President in the Philadelphia market. In 2004, with Kirk Elken, he founded Securitas Global Risk Solutions.
