Peter V. Seneca, Partner

Peter founded Securitas to design and deliver complex financing solutions that help companies obtain and maximize capital, grow revenue, and mitigate business risk. He also heads the Credit Solutions department which provides innovative structures that mitigate solvency risk. Prior to founding Securitas, he was a Vice President of Euler Hermes ACI, the largest mono-line credit insurer in the world and also a commercial lender and credit analyst with First Union National Bank where he designed and delivered complex financing solutions. Peter holds surplus lines authority, which allows him access to foreign and alien insurers to provide insurance coverage for nonstandard or unique risks. Peter graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in management and received the Omicron Delta Epsilon honor for economics. He is married with four children.
Kirk J. Elken, Partner

Kirk co-founded Securitas and is responsible for developing credit, political and sovereign risk management programs to meet our clients' needs. His prior experience includes eight years of international sales management at Federal Express Corporation where he focused on foreign supply chain solutions. Kirk also worked for two enterprise software companies, directing sales efforts in the Mid Atlantic region. He received his Bachelor's degree from Calvin College, and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University. Kirk is married with three children.

Chris joined Securitas to run the Capital Solutions department. His areas of responsibility include capital sourcing, asset acquisition and disposition, structured finance and credit enhancement. Prior to joining Securitas, he was President of Cypress Financial, a provider of structured finance transactions to corporate borrowers and lenders. Chris was also a Vice President of AIG Trading Corporation, a AAA rated subsidiary of the American International Group with over $500 billion in assets. While at AIG, he was responsible for originating, structuring and trading physical commodities and financial indices, and providing derivative financing. Chris is married with three children.

Matt joined Securitas to establish a Trade Support business from Africa (Cape Town, South Africa) and the US. The business expansion is focused on facilitating trade between the US and countries throughout Africa and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Securitas, Matt worked over 15 years in Commercial Banking for such banks as Citibank, PNC Bank and Sovereign Santander. After completing PNC’s corporate credit training program in 1997, he focused on executing due diligence and underwriting credit for middle market clients for much of his banking career. As a SVP at Citibank, he was responsible for originating and underwriting the credit exposure for a new middle market loan portfolio at Citi’s de-novo Commercial Banking operation in Philadelphia.
Matt graduated from Baylor University with a BBA and a double major in Accounting and Economics. He received the Omicron Delta Epsilon honor for Economics in 1996. Matt is married with one son.
Elizabeth S. Hosinski, Partner

Elizabeth focuses on short- and medium-term trade credit and political risk transfer via government channels, including the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). Prior to joining Securitas, Elizabeth was an economic officer at the U.S. Department of State for seven years serving in a variety of assignments including the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia and the Bureau of Intelligence and Research. In 2008, Elizabeth graduated from the Department's intensive Economic and Commercial Studies program which included a six-month detail at OPIC. Before joining the State Department, Elizabeth worked for Lockheed Martin as a strategic development manager for information technology programs. Elizabeth earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tulane University and her M.B.A from George Washington University. She is married with two children and lives in the Washington, DC metro area.
Elizabeth "Lee" E. Foster, Account Executive

Lee heads the research and administration departments. Her areas of responsibility include oversight of internal credit analysis, information technology, client interface systems, and office administration. Prior to joining Securitas, Lee was a media and logistics coordinator for Weyerhaeuser Company. Lee also worked for Anchor Glass Container Corporation as a large account customer service representative. Lee has two children and two grandchildren.
